Prashant Shah & Co, Chartered Accountants was established in the year 2018 in Mumbai. Prashant is the founder and the guiding force behind the Firm. Prashant is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and graduated from the prestigious St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata. He has over 11 years of post-qualification experience and was part of the Audit & Assurance practice of Big 4 firms of Deloitte & EY prior to founding his own Chartered Accountancy Firm. Prashant has pursued the Diploma in International Taxation (DIIT) from the ICAI.
He is also a co-convenor of the International Tax and Finance (ITF) study circle of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS), a 73 years old professional organization. The Firm caters to some of India’s top Conglomerates with diversified interests in automobiles, power, pharmaceuticals, chemical, oil & gas, banking, electrical, textile, cement, retail, F&B industry and others.
